Return Policy

At Hindcure Ayurveda, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. We aim to ensure that our Ayurvedic products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.

• The product you received is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

Note: We do not accept returns for used/opened products, or if the product was purchased during a promotional sale, unless it is damaged or incorrect.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

• You must provide photo or video proof (especially an unboxing video) to validate damage/defect claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

• Products that have been opened or used.

• Health supplements and personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process

1. Email us at support@hindcureayurveda.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

2. Our team will verify your request within 2 business days.

3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

5. Refund or Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• We will offer a replacement or full refund (as per your preference), subject to approval.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• COD refunds will be done via bank transfer or UPI, after confirming your details.

6. Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours or before the item is shipped.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed — only returns may be requested after delivery.
